Four Sri Lankan tamils drown in sea

Rameswaram, Apr 11 (UNI) Four Sri Lankan tamils, including three women, drowned after their boat capsized in mid sea here today.

Sources said six Tamil refugees from Sri Lanka were heading their way to the coast here when the mishap occurred.

While two of the refugees, Fathima and Paraman, managed to swim ashore, Nandini, Shanti, Mayura and the boat driver, who is yet to be identified, drowned, sources added.
