Court records statments of accused

Patna, Apr 11 (UNI) Additional district and sessions judge of Patna R.S.Rai today recorded the statments of 14 accused including an MLA in connection with murder of then district magistrate of Gopalganj G Krishnaiya.

The statments of JD(U) MLA Vijay Kumar Shukla and 13 others charge sheeted accused were recorded by the court during the day.

The other accused in the case are former MP Anand Mohan and his wife Lovely Anand.

G Krishnaiya was killed by an angry mob on NH-38 in Muzzaffarpur district in 1994.

UNI
