Compugra Systems plan Rs 15 cr investment in AP capital

Hyderabad, Apr 11 (UNI) Compugra Systems Incorporated, US-based ERP Solutions Company, will open its office at Hyderabad investing about Rs 15 crore and create 200 jobs by the end of 2007.

The company is setting up an office space of 10,000 sq ft in a three-storey building in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, which will be fully ready in few months. It has plans to acquire an office facility in Bangalore too. It is also looking out to create its own corporate office in Hyderabad in the coming years.

Compugra, with current turnover of USD 12 millions, is planning to reach USD 37 millions by 2008 and USD 100 millions in the next two to three years. It has already bagged large and prestigious assignments and off-shore engagements from customers in USA and is planning to attend to those projects through its Indian operations.

The growth will be through growing internally by increasing its staff strength and by acquiring companies to handle new business opportunities.

Compugra Services India Private Limited has 25 employees (grown from 14 in the last 3 months) currently and is making plans to reach 200 employees by December 2007 in India. It is looking at acquiring companies with revenue of around USD 2-4 million and with 100 to 250 employees.

"We will invest in our employees and customer relationships.

Employee growth is assured with multi-geographic operations and expansion in the next 5 to 6 years", Company promotor Rammohan Vedantham told media here today.
