Cake row: Court seeks inquiry report

Badwani, MP, Apr 11 (UNI) A local court today directed to present an inquiry report on a complaint over master blaster Sachin Tendulkar cutting a cake in the colour of the national flag during the Indian team's stay in the West Indies last month.

Sendhwa-based businessman Hitesh Seth's counsel Tejas Shah had filed a complaint before Judicial Magistrate Manoj Mandloi's court.

The court has directed the Sendhwa (urban) police to present inquiry report by May 9.

According to the complainant, Sachin had hurt the feelings of crores of Indians by disrespecting the flag when he cut a cake in the colour of national flag.
