Two women trapped in pit, rescued later

Bangalore, Apr 10 (UNI) The city police and fire force personnel rescued two women labourers, trapped in a pit at a construction site as soil caved in, here.

Police said the labourers got trapped in the pit while digging the earth for laying foundation for a building.

The police and fire force personnel rushed to the spot and pulled the duo to safety. The women were recovering.
