Temperature soars in parts of AP
Hyderabad, Apr 10 (UNI) Mercury shot up at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema in the last 24 hours.
Light summer rains occurred here for the second day today.
The highest maximum temperature of 42 degree Celsius, was recorded at Medak, the Weather Office said.
Except for Hyderabad district, weather had been dry over the state.
The maximum temperatures fell at one or two places over Telangana and Rayalaseema. They were normal in many parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Isolated rain or thundershowers were likely to occur over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema in the next 48 hours.
Hyderabad will receive rain or thundershowers in some parts in the evening or night. Maximum temperature will be around 39 degree Celsius.
