TDP slams frequent power-cuts

Rajahmundry, Apr 10 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader G Butchaiah Chowdary today alleged that frequent power-cut in Andhra Pradesh was causing hardship to industry and business sectors.

Talking to newspersons here Mr Chowdary claimed that there was no power-cut in the domestic sector during the previous TDP rule.

Mr Chowdary also charged that due to the erratic power supply, the drinking water supply in the town was also affected.

He urged the government to improve the power supply and regulate power-cut schedule.
