Strides Arcolab to acquire Grandix

New Delhi, Apr 10: Pharmaceutical company Strides Arcolab Ltd today announced its plans to acquire Chennai-based Grandix Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

The company's board gave its in-principle approval to acquire the entire shareholding of Grandix from the existing shareholders, a company statement said.

However, no further details were immediately avaialble.

Grandix Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a pharma company offering products like anti-biotics, anti-diabetics, anti-hypertensives/cardiac, health drinks, as well as neuro and vitamins.
