Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Apr 10 (UNI) The CBI today filed the second chargesheet in the Nithari serial killings case, in which 19 FIRs have been registered by the central agency.

Today's chargesheet was against Surinder Koli, who was named for abducting, raping and murdering Pinki Sarkar -- one of the 18 victims whose skulls were recovered during the digging in and around the 'killer house' in Nithari village (only the skeletal remains were recovered of the 19th), according to sources.

She was called by the accused to the 'D-5, Nithari Village' in Noida's Sector 31, where Koli worked, on the pretext of getting her a job, according to the chargesheet.

The chargesheet, however, did not contain Moninder Singh Pandher's name, Koli's employer and in whose house the alleged gory killings took place.

The first chargesheet in the Nithari killings, naming both Moninder and Surinder, was filed on March 22 last for killing Payal.

While Pandher was charged for using his house as a brothel and destroying evidence, Koli was accused of abduction, rape and murder of Payal.

Nearly 28 children were said to have gone missing from Nithari village in neighbouring Noida, when the serial killings came to light late last year.
