Sealing resumes after week's break, nine units sealed

New Delhi, Apr 10 (UNI) The Municipal Corporation of Delhi's drive to seal units running in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan resumed today after a week's break, due to the MCD elections, with nine units in South zone put to seal.

A total of nine shops on the Lala Lajpat Rai Marg in South zone were put to seal by the MCD today, an MCD spokesperson said.

With today's sealing, the total number of units put to seal by the MCD since the resumption of the drive on March 28 is 149.

Under the scanner in the drive are units running in violation of the norms laid down by the MPD 2021.
