President of India appoints new Pondy Varsity VC

Puducherry, Apr 10 (UNI) The President of India has appointed Prof Jalees A K Tareen as Vice-Chancellor of the Pondicherry Central University (PCU).

According to a varsity release here today Prof Tareen former Vice-Chancellor of Kashmir University and a member of the UGC was appointed as PCU Vice-Chancellor for a period of five years.
