Prasar Bharati to undergo sea changes: Dasmunsi

Itanagar, Apr 10: Prasar Bharati would undergo a sea change soon, assured Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Priyaranjan Dasunsi.

The minister, who yesterday arrived here as an observer to attend the Congress Legislature Party meeting regarding a change of guard in the state, was addressing media persons here on the dismal services of Prasar Bharati.

Commenting on vacant posts in both Doordarsan Kendra and All India Radio and the introduction of local news bulletin service, he said that after the proposed meeting of the group of ministers a new strategy would be evolved to undertake various projects to redress all such grievances.

''You will witness a sea change within 15 days in the entire structure of electronic media in the region,'' he said just before boarding his helicopter on his way back to New Delhi.
