One killed and nine injured in Kashmir blast

Srinagar, Apr 10 (UNI) One person was killed and nine others were injured in a hand grenade blast at Batmaloo near here tonight.

Police said unidentified militants hurled a hand greande on a security force bunker near general bus stand Batmaloo.

However, it missed the intended target and exploded on the road side causing injuries to 10 persons.

The injured were admitted to hospital where one Mohammad Yassen succumbed to his injuries.
