Lakshmi Narayan is NASSCOM chairman

Mumbai, Apr 10 (UNI) NASSCOM, the premier chamber of commerce of the IT software services, today announced the appointment of Lakshmi Narayan, Vice President of Coginzant Technology Solution, as NASSCOM Chairman for the year 2007-08.

Zensar Technologies Limited Deputy Chairman and MD Dr Ganesh Natarajan has been appointed as the Vice Chairman for the current year, a release here said.

Announcing the appointment, present NASSCOM President Kiran Karnik said ''We are delighted to have Lakshmi Narayanan taking on the chairmanship. He has played an important role, both as a member and as NASSCOM's Vice Chairman last year,'' the release added.
