Ahmedabad, Apr 10 (UNI) Justice Behram Jahanbux Shethna, judge of the Gujarat High Court who was transferred to Sikkim High Court on March 30, is understood to have tendered his resignation to President APJ Abdul Kalam.

According to sources close to Justice Shethna, he sent his papers to the President this evening. Justice Shethna was also said to have explained the reasons under which he decided to resign as a High Court Judge.
