Four special trains from Bangalore
Bangalore, Apr 10 (UNI) The South Western Railway (SWR) will run special trains from Bangalore to Kochuveli, Chennai, Ernakulam and Gorakhpur to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer.
Train no.0622 /0621 Kochuveli-Bangalore City-Kochuveli weekly express special would leave Kochuveli at 1415 hrs on Thursdays and arrive at Bangalore City at 0715 hrs the next day. In the return direction, it would leave here on Fridays at 1855 hrs and reach the destination at 1110 hrs the next day. The service would be operated from April 12 to June 21, a SWR release here said today.
Train no.0691/0692 Chennai-Bangalore City-Chennai weekly special would leave Chennai at 2330 hrs on Thursdays and reach here at 0555 hrs the following day. In the return direction, the train would leave here at 2300 hrs on Fridays and reach Chennai at 0515 hrs the next day. The special train would run from April 12 to June 28, the release said.
Train no.0641/0642 Ernakulam-Bangalore City-Ernakulam weekly special would depart from Ernakulam Junction at 1700 hrs on Mondays and reach here at 0420 hrs the following day from April 16 to June 25. In the return direction, it would leave here at 1715 hrs on Tuesdays and reach the destination at 0430 hrs the next day, it said.
Train no.0501/0502 Gorakhpur-Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur weekly special would leave Gorakhpur at 0630 hrs on Mondays and reach Yesvantpur at 1010 hrs on Wednesdays. On its way back, the train would depart from Yesvantpur at 0730 hrs on Thursdays and reach Gorakhpur at 1420 hrs on Saturdays. The train would run from April 23 to June 25, the release said.
