Eighteen 18 workers injured in clashes at Hind Motors

Kolkata, Apr 10 (UNI) At least 18 people were injured when some agitating Hind Motor employees barred other employees from entering the factory resulting scuffles this morning.

Police present at the spot, about 25 kms west of Kolkata, tried to neutralise the warring groups. Police had to resort to lathicharging to disperse the agitators.

The employees had been agitating against the authorities for the past few weeks regarding some demands that have not been fulfilled.
