35 kg ganja seized, two held

Tuni, Apr 10 (UNI) The Railway Protection Force (RPF) arrested two persons and seized 35 kgs of ganja worth about Rs 35,000 here in East Godavari district today.

According to RPF sources, K Murugesh (45) and Salichettiyar (27) had allegedly purchased the contraband from Dondagopalapatnam near Narsipatnam.

They were arrested while waiting to catch a train to Gudiyatam in Tamil Nadu.
