Virtusa files registration with US Securities for IPO

Hyderabad, Apr 9 (UNI) Virtusa Corporation, a global information technology services company, today announced that it had filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its common stock.

A company release here today said the number of shares to be offered and the price band had not yet been fixed.

Registration relating to these securities had been filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission but it had not yet become effective, the release added.
