TCS FY07 results, dividend on Apr 16

New Delhi, Apr 9: The Board of software exporter Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will meet on April 16 for considering the finacial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

The Board will also take on record the final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 for the approval of the shareholders at its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

TCS's stock was trading up by 2.40 per cent at Rs 1,222.50 on volume of 79,505 shares compared to two week average quantity of 3,12,668.
