SP candidate found guilty of influencing voters
Behraich, Apr 8 (UNI) A case has been registered today against a Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate for allegedly ''influencing voters by disbursing money.'' According to official sources, SP candidate from Nanpara assembly constituency, Yasar Shah, had been found guilty of grabbing the votes of the general public at Dimri Malmala village.
Election Commission Observor, H G Krishnarao Jawale has registered a case at Nanpara Kotwali under sections 171 (a) and (b) of the Indian Penal Code.
The case was brought to the notice of the EC's observor by Nanpara's independent candidate, Atma Ram.
