Red sanders worth Rs 4 lakh seized, 7 arrested

Tirupati, Apr 8 (UNI) Police today arrested seven persons and seized 150 logs of red sanders worth Rs four lakh at Otearu village in Chittoor district here.

Police said based on a tip off they raided a house at Otearu village where the red sanders were kept and arrested the persons.

The arrested were later taken to Tirchanoor police station.

Three vehicles were also seized by the police.
