Rain in Kerala, Lakshadweep

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 8 (UNI) Rain occurred at a few places in Kerala and Lakshadweep, the local Met Office said here.

The highest rainfall of four cm was recorded at Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram.

Varkala recorded three cm of rains followed by Alappuzha and Minicoy -- one cm each.

Rains would occur at a few places in Kerala and Lakshadweep in the next 48 hrs, it added.
