Muslim leaders hold get-together at Shahnawaz's place

New Delhi, Apr 8 (UNI) A group of nationalistic Muslim leaders today held a congregation at the residence of former union minister and BJP minority cell convenor Syed Shahnawaz Husain here this evening.

RSS chief K C Sudarshan, Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Jagdish Mukhi and over 200 leaders from the Muslim community joined the Mushaira, a cultural event held under the banner of Rashtravadi Muslim Andolan, on the occasion.

The reunion took place a day ahead of 'Jan Akrosh Divas' being organised by the saffron party in all state capitals to protest against the lodging of FIRs against party president Rajnath Singh and Leader of Opposition in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Lalji Tandon in the inflammatory CD case.
