Heavy squall cools Delhi
New Delhi, Apr 8 (UNI) A heavy squall hit Delhi tonight making the weather cool.
The squall , which hit the capital at around 2030 hrs , led to a drop in the maximum temperature by two to three degrees celsius.
The squall provided further relief to the people of Delhi from the scorching heat after a partly cloudy sky and strong northerly winds earlier in the day had brought about a coolness in the weather.
The cool weather in the city is likely to continue tomorrow as well with the weather office forecasting a partly cloudy sky in the next 24 hrs with thundery developments accompanied by squalls in some areas.
