Election Commission to review Phase-III polling

Lucknow, Apr 8: Full Election Commission headed by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) N Gopalaswami will review the poll preparation for the Phase-III polling in Uttar Pradesh at Bareilly on April 10.

State Additional CEO Devesh Chaturvedi here today said the other two Election Commissioners Navin Chawla and Dr S R Quereshi will also be accompanying the CEC to take the stock of the situation.

State CEO Anuj Kumar Bishnoi will also be present during the review meeting where district election officers, SSP, divisional Commissioners, IGs DIGs will present their report.

In Phase-III, polling will be held in the 57 assembly seats, mostly of the Bareilly and Moradabad division, on April 18.
