Woman killed in fire

Ahmedabad, Apr 7 (UNI) A woman was killed in a major fire gutting three houses in Gugla village of Balvala taluka, 80 kms away from here, early this morning.

Police said fire fighters from Kadi Nagar Palika reached the spot and put out the fire.

Initial reports reaching here said that fire brigade personnel have recovered the body of a woman from the debris. Cause of the fire is not known as the investigating team is not yet returned. More details of the fire incidents are awaited, police added.
