Sarika's body recovered from borewell

Bikaner, Apr 7 (UNI) They could not repeat the Prince rescue act here as the body of one-and-a-half-year-old Sarika was recovered from a borewell this afternoon after the child fell into it on Thursday.

Army doctors after a postmortem handed over the body of the child to the relatives. According to the post mortem report, Sarika died of head injury.

The army, police and villagers had launched a joint rescue operation after Sarika fell into the 150-foot borewell at Adsar village under Sridungargarh teshil in this district.
