PDD employee among two killed in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 7 (UNI) Two people, including a daily wager of Power Development Department (PDD), were killed in Kashmir today, a police spokesman said.

He said a PDD daily wager, Javid Ahmad Katoo, was critically wounded when he was electrocuted at Gandtal, under the jurisdiction of police station Harwan.

The injured was admitted to hospital where he died.

A 16-year-old Adil Jan drowned in Nigeen Lake.

His body was later recovered from the lake, he said.
