MCD polls lead a victory against misrule: Munde

Jalgaon, Maharashtra, Apr 7: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) general secretary Gopinath Munde today claimed his party's lead in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) election results declared so far, as the victory against inflation, corruption and misrule.

Talking to sources here, Mr Munde said, '' This is the outcome of people's dissatisfaction about the Congress rule. Ms Sonia Gandhi's charisma has ended and the trend suggests that BJP will gain power at the Centre also.'' The BJP leader also expressed confidence that the BJP will win the Ramtek, Jalgaon and Erandol Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra where by-polls would be held on April 9.
