LTTE explodes civilian bus, killing five
Colombo, Apr 7: A suspected Tamil Tiger roadside bomb hit a civilian bus in northern Sri Lanka today, killing four civilians and a soldier, a police source said.
''An LTTE claymore mine exploded targeting a civilian bus,'' the official, who requested not to be named, said by telephone from the district of Vavuniya.
He said 19 injured civilians were admitted to hospital, and seven soldiers were also injured in the blast.
