Law can't remain static like a solid rock: HC Judge

Vijayawada, Apr 7 (UNI) Law cannot remain static like a solid rock so is the case with society and hence the law has to keep pace in accordance with the changes taking place in the society to response to the needs of the community, Andhra Pradesh High Court Judge G Yethirajulu observed today.

Delivering the key note address to the present society here, he said the judiciary will take into consideration the changing needs and times of society while interpreting a law in order to suit the changing needs of the community.

It is imperative that the legal fraternity, encompassing lawayers, law students, judges and law teachers keep themselves abreast with the changing scenario, which alone will strengthen the justice delivery mechanism in our country.
