IMFL worth Rs 42,000 seized from Jamnagar

Jamnagar, Gujarat, Apr 7 (UNI) Slueths of the Liquor Prohibition Squad of Jamnagar police today seized Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) worth Rs 42,000 from an auto-rickshaw, on Lalpur-Bhanvad highway near here.

Acting on a tip-off police halted an auto-rickshaw and during the search operation recovered 102 bottles containing IMFL from it, police said.

However, the two occupants - Jayesh Ramji Rabadia and Hira Batha - managed to flee from the scene.

Police have registered a case under liquor act and manhunt has been launched to nab the two criminals, police added.
