Doyen of Karnataka's folklore Hakari is no more

Hubli, Apr 7 (UNI) Doyen of folklore in Karnataka and litterateur Dr Devendrakumar Hakari died this morning at his residence at Dharwad after brief illness.

He was 78 and survived by his wife and two sons.

Hakari, a Rajyotsava Awardee, has served as a professor in Karnataka University, Dharwad.
