Book on Dhirubhai Ambani's work philosophy released

Ahmedabad, Apr 7 (UNI) ''Dhirubhaism'' a book on the remarkable work philosophy of late Dhirubhai Ambani was today released here by his elder brother Ramnikbhai H Ambani.

Author A G Krishnamurthy, founder chairman and managing director of Mudra Communications, said this book was not about Dhirubhai's life or how Dhirubhai went about building his business empire. It is an attempt to capture those unique insights that Dhirubhai shared with him in several interaction during their long association.

The book contains 15 ''Dhirubhaisms'', which talk about the work philosophy of Dhirubhai and his remarkable thinking and practices, Mr Krishnamurthy said.

Ramnikbhai, one of the directors of the Reliance Industries Limited pointed out that Dhirubhai rose from moderate beginnings to become the founder of India's first privately owned fortune 500 company. He said the man although was not a product of formal education system, but was known for his astute business acumen and entrepreneurial prowess.
