Kolkata, Apr 7 (UNI) West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee today urged the Left Front committee to call an all-party meeting again as the Opposition failed to turn up in the earlier one.

The Chief Minister had earlier called an all-party meeting which was not attended by several political parties and hence, he urged the LF committee to call another meeting, party's chairman Biman Bose told newsmen after the LF meeting.

'' We have asked the East Midnapore district committee to start political and social process in Nandigram to bring back peace, law and order in the state and the state government had already started taking initiative in this regard,'' he said.

The Gramin Rozgar Yojna scheme was introduced in ten districts but now another seven districts had been included, he stated.

About the Below poverty Line(BPL) list, Mr Bose said, ''We have urged the Chief Minister to keep the list in front of Panchayat office for one month to help the people include or withdraw their names from it.'' However, veteran marxist leader Jyoti Basu was not present in the meeting.
