AEE among 3 suspended

Jammu, Apr 7 (UNI) Three Public Health Engineering Officials including an Assistant Executive Engineer were suspended after they were found absent from duty at their place of posting at Jajir Kotli, here today.

Sources said officials were suspended after they were found absent from the duty during surprised visit by minister Romesh Sharma at Jajir Kotli Pumping station.

The officials suspended include AEE M K Bali, AE R C Anand and JE Arvind Gupta. An order was also gwen to withhold the salary of another JE Kuldeep Kumar for the same reason. Meanwhile, a departmental inquiry has been ordered in this regard.
