30 fishermen arrested by Pak Security men
Porbandar, Apr 7 (UNI) Pakistani Marine Security has arrested 30 Indian fishermen and impounded their six boats off Jakhau port, in the Arabian Sea.
Gujarat Fishermen Association Secretary Manish Lodhari said, 30 fishermen were fishing in the Indian water when they were nabbed by the Pakistani Marine Securty men and their six boats seized yesterday.
Meanwhile, Indian Coast Gaurds Patrolling team has rescued another 37 fishermen and their six boats from Pak security men after they sent a wireless message to them, some 45 nautical mile off Jakhau port, official sources said.
However, the Pakistani Marine Securitymen have taken away thirty fishermen with them and have also impounded six boats in which they were sailing, Mr Lodhari said. They towed them towards Karachi. The boats were from Porbandar, Veraval and Mangrol, Mr Lodhari said.
