Two youth killed in road accident

Kolhapur, Apr 6 (UNI) Two youth were killed on the spot when their motor-cycle hit by a vehicle near Halondee on the Kolhapur-Sangli state highway last midnight.

The deceased were identified as Swapnil Shankarrao Sarnaik(22) from city's suburb Uchagaon and Ashish Shankarrao Gavade(20) of city's Rajarampuri area, police said today.

Both, the local college students here, were returning back to Kolhapur from Sangli, when the mishap took place, police added.
