Three policemen arrested on kidnapping charges

Katihar, Apr 6 (UNI) Three policemen were arrested on charges of kidnapping an office bearer of Bihar Police Men's Association Manohar Prasad Yadav under Town police station area in the district today.

Police said the policemen including two constables and a havildar were arrested when they were forcibly carrying Mr Yadav in a jeep on Katihar-Purnea road.

The incident took place when Mr Yadav was on way to his residence from Katihar railway station.

A case in this connection was registered with concerned police station.
