Bangalore, Apr 6 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today. Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over Interior Karnataka and appreciably above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Raichur recorded the highest maximum temperature of 41.9 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.
