Dacoity case against MLA's son in MP

Rajgarh, MP, Apr 6 (UNI) A case of dacoity and arson has been registered against the local Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Mohan Sharma's son Sudeep in connection with communal tension in Narsinghgarh tahsil headquarters.

''Sections 395 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code have been invoked,'' said Inspector-General (Bhopal Range) Sanjeev Kumar Singh.

Curfew was clamped on Monday after violence. The situation is rapidly returning to normal. The district administration doled out Rs 27 lakh to 110 arson-affected families.
