Cop found dead at Dakor PWD quarters

Nadiad, Apr 6 (UNI) A cop working with the Mehsana control room was found dead at the PWD quarters at Dakor.

The deceased, Badabhai Manjibhai, 45, was found dead yesterday. A local resident, Mahendrasinh Fatesinh Parmar, had noticed the body lying in the building and informed Dakor police.

Police are yet to ascertain the exact cause of his death. It is also not known why the deceased was frequently visiting the PWD quarters.

A case under section 174 of the CrPC has been registered in the matter.
