One injured in blast

Guwahati, Apr 5 (UNI) Suspected militants exploded a bomb at Kalipur in Bhootnath area in the city, injuring a person, this evening.

Police said the blast occurred at 1930 hours in front of the State Bank of India branch in the area.

One person sustained injuries in the blast.

Senior police officials have rushed to the spot.

Investigation was on.
