Nipuna appoints new Global Delivery head

Hyderabad, Apr 5 (UNI) Nipuna Services Limited, Satyam's BPO arm, today announced the appointment of Mr S N Harish as its Global Delivery Head.

''Harish would provide strategic leadership to enhance customer confidence through operational excellence and lead the delivery team'', a company release said.

''At Nipuna, he will be assigned to create 'Centres of Excellence' across all existing and new delivery centres, in addition to spearheading all quality initiatives across Nipuna.
