NCDEX records trade worth Rs 4,175 cr

Mumbai, Apr 5 (UNI) About 591 members (2,761 users) of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trading up to 1700 hrs and volumes traded were Rs 4,175 crore (one-way).

There were 1,25,660 trades put through by them. Active trades were in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana, refined soya oil, and chilli, a NCDEX release here said.

Yesterday, about 582 members participated in trading and put through 1,16,570 trades. The volume of trading yesterday till 2330 hrs was around Rs 3,931 crore (one-way). Active trades were in chana, pepper jeera, guarseed, refined soya oiland chilli, the release added.
