LUPIN finalises patent sale agreement with servier

Mumbai, Apr 5 (UNI) Lupin Limited has announced that the company has received Euro 20mn from Laboratories Servier of France for the sale of certain applications and other related intellectual property.

According to Dr Kamal Sharma, Managing Director of the company, the income from this sale significantly boost our performance for the previous quarter. It obviously goes a long way to demonstrate our research and IP capabilities'', a company release stated.
