Fiat launches Palio versions in growing UP market

Lucknow, Apr 5 (UNI) Automobile major Fiat today launched two petrol engine versions of its popular car, Fiat palio Stile in the growing Uttar Pradesh market.

The petrol engine versions -- Palio Stile 1.1 (in three versions SL, SLE, SLX) and Palio Stile 1.6 (Sport) -- feature an electrical multipoint fuel injection system with a 32-bit microprocessor fuel system.

Palio Satile 1.1 is priced in the range of Rs 3.58 lakh to Rs 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Lucknow), while Palio Stile 1.6 is priced at Rs 4.41 lakh (ex-showroom, Lucknow).

The interior of Palio Stile are beige in colour, sporting a trendy two-toned dash board, comfortable seats and a very low intex of articulation (quietness of cabin).

Addressing a news conference here this afternoon, Tata Motors, Assistant General Manager, Deepankar Tiwari said the entire range of Fiat is available through the countrywide Tata-Fiat network of 63 dealerships covering 42 cities.

Fiat has a joint venture with Tata to sell its cars through the latter's countrywide network.
