Dynamatic plans to buy European company

New Delhi, Apr 5 (UNI) Dynamatic Technologies Ltd today said it plans to acquire a business unit in Europe engaged in manufacture of hydraulic products.

The company is in a process of finalising feasibility study in terms of technical, financial and market analysis of the unit to be acquired from the transferee company by independent auditors and legal advisors.

However, it did not mention the name of the company to be taken over.
