Court denies bail to JD(U) MLA

Chapra, Apr 5 (UNI) District and Sessions judge Subodh Paswan today rejected the anticipatory bail application of the ruling JD(U) MLA from Chapra Rampravesh Rai in connection with a murder case.

The judge turned down the petition after completing the hearing in the case.

According to the case, Mr Rai murdered Ms Sadiya on October one, 2006, at Shiva market under Bhagwanpur police station in Saran district.
